While complying with fire codes, health, environmental and safety requirements and OSHA and other government regulations.Responsibilities:Maintain and repair all H VAC equipment and air compressor equipmentChanging air filters, cleaning condenser fins, check belts, perform routine maintenance on equipmentEnsure heating and cooling in all areas are working at optimal efficiencyAid in snow removal and other duties as assigned; as neededEffectively manage repair expenses of H VAC systems.The Ideal Candidate Should:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial/ residential H VAC service tech.Have EPA 608 refrigerant certification and have the ability to service: make up air unites, roof top units, split systems, mini- split systems, VFR systems, Reznor heaters and infrared tube heaters.Knowledge of local regulations and building codes including OSHA.
