We have recently secured the contract to implement a comprehensive corporate wellness program for Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) in Orlando. We are looking for a dynamic and growth-minded personal trainer to be a key player and the face of this new venture. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement customized fitness programs for Hilton Grand Vacations employees, aligned with ND Wellness’s holistic approach. Monitor and track program success, demonstrating return on investment to HGV to secure additional funding and expansion. Collaborate with the ND Wellness team to create a seamless integration of our current offerings with the needs of HGV. Play a pivotal role in recruiting, training, and managing a team of trainers as the program grows. Work closely with ND Wellness leadership to identify new opportunities for business growth within the corporate wellness sector. Maintain flexibility in scheduling to meet the demands of a growing business and the needs of our clients. Qualifications: Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent) Proven experience in personal training. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing and leading a business. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule as the business develops.
