Floor Manager
Finney's Crafthouse is an American-fare food restaurant and gastropub that offers 30 craft beers on tap. We are dedicated to creating a family dining experience that speaks to the local community and creates regulars through exceptional food, drinks, and most importantly, service. This person would be developed under our current management team as they move towards other positions and goals within the company. This position is great for individuals looking to propel forward in their professional development.
A Floor Manager oversees operations, team members, and guests during scheduled shifts. A Floor Managers' responsibilities include managing cash, POS functions, conflict resolution, and supporting our staff in all departments. Ultimately, someone in this role will ensure all aspects of your shift run smoothly and effectively with Finney's mission, core values, and aesthetics in tack. Responsibilities
Embodying the mission and core values of Finney's
Help maintain a 4.5 star Yelp rating
Provide support and direction to our team members during shifts
Handle all POS functions: comp/voids/promos for our staff
Ensure all lights, TVs, music and the overall atmosphere is to Finney's standard
Handle last-minute absences or changes to schedules on shifts worked
Communicate the need for repairs or replacements to the management team
Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits
Ensure health and safety standards are followed
Remain active on the floor, being of service to the team while table-touching the guests in the restaurant
Foster and maintain a positive work environment

High school diploma or equivalent
