Job Description Associate Attorney – Business Litigation Coral Gables, FL | Full-Time | In-Office Annesser Armenteros PLLC is a business litigation firm representing companies, business owners, and partners in complex commercial disputes. Our cases involve high-level strategy, detailed motion practice, and meaningful courtroom exposure. We are growing and seeking a driven Associate Attorney who wants to develop into a strong business litigator not just a paper-pusher. Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for an attorney who: Has 1–3 years of litigation experience (or a strong new attorney with clerkship/mock trial background) Enjoys legal writing and substantive motion practice Wants real courtroom exposure and hands-on experience Thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Is coachable, organized, and accountable If you are looking for a slow-paced environment with limited responsibility, this may not be the right fit. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and legal correspondence Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis Assist with case strategy and litigation planning Participate in discovery (drafting, responding, and managing disputes) Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and courts Maintain organized case files and meet critical deadlines You will work directly with senior attorneys and gain meaningful exposure to complex business disputes in both state and federal court.
