Warehouse Associate

Primary Duties: Prepare and organize products for outgoing shipments to meet specific client order needs. Utilize pallet jacks to transport goods and organize materials throughout the day. Ensure all shipping labels and pallet configurations align with client purchase order guidelines. Process incoming deliveries by verifying contents against packing documentation to ensure accuracy. Update the warehouse management system to track product movement and shipment details. Support inventory management by labeling, unpacking, and stocking items using appropriate tools. Help ensure smooth operations by identifying and reporting any shipment errors or inconsistencies. Perform regular inventory audits to maintain precise stock levels. Examine goods for quality issues or damage before they are shipped to customers. Contribute to a secure and orderly workspace by adhering to all established safety protocols. Requirements: Completion of high school or equivalent education is necessary. A minimum of one to three years of background in a warehouse setting. Prior operation of a reach truck is strongly desired. Demonstrate a keen eye for detail when following complex order instructions. Strong ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Proficiency in utilizing standard inventory software and warehouse equipment. Physical Environment: Capable of lifting weights up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
