Customer Success Manager - Entry Level
We are looking for a full-time, solution-savvy Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. Primary responsibility will be account management, including relationship management, up-sell/cross-sell, customer acquisitions, and educating customers on home improvement services. You will be individually responsible for small and medium-sized accounts and work in tandem with other members of the team on customer accounts. We are looking for a smart and driven professional committed to delivering the best services and the right solutions to our customers.
