OverviewApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.EBMS Program ManagerAbout the role:CBRE is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Construction Management & Enterprise Building Management Systems (EBMS) to support our client's Global Realty Building Design & Engineering.What You'll DoThe candidate will be responsible for managing several workstreams to improve BMS Delivery and align with our business justifications. The candidate will engage with stakeholders across multiple regions and across multiple time zones.The role will be based in North America and will need to work in PT or CT or ET or MT time zone. The role will occasionally need to participate in European time zones. Remote US candidates will be considered.What You'll NeedCompleted bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering (required)7 years' experience in Building Management SystemsProficiency with project/program management tracking software (e.g. SmartSheets, Asana, QuickSight (Power BI), MS Project, etc)Strong competency with time management, organization, and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communications skillsExperience with construction specifications: strong emphasis on Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26Preferred Qualifications15 years' experience in Construction, Engineering/Consultant Engineering or FacilitiesCompleted Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Controls Engineering from an accredited universityAdvanced degree in controls engineering or electrical engineeringPMP Certification or Six Sigma CertificationExperience managing projects across multiple time zones and cultureExperience with remote team management and coordinationStrong cross-functional communication and collaboration skillsStrong time management and organization skillLeadership Principles (LPs) most needed for this position areCustomer ObsessionOwnershipInvent & SimplifyInsist on the Highest StandardsFrugalityDeliver ResultsEarn TrustRole will include the following, but not limited toNA + LATAM Operations, Adoption & Deployment across all business units.Update weekly EBMS Retrofit Portfolio, NCPortfolio, Asana workflows, Asana narrative updates, Smartsheet Construction Schedule Gantts, Program Cost Controls (PCC)Assist on MBRs to stakeholdersAssist on annual "EBMS Summit"Assist on EBMS white papers (WP)Assist on Energy Rebate ApplicationsAssist on Green Lease Program applicationsAssist on NA + LATAM EBMS Operations, Adoption& Deployment (OAD)Assist on daily BMS SIM intakes to triageEBMS Construction Managers shall oversee New Construction installations of EBMS as a "program"Be the EBMS technical SME to assist Amazon's General Construction ManagerEnsure CBRE SFM is engaged early enough to finish BMS launch on-timeIntervene to remove roadblocks/escalations during BMS delivery processEngage with site operation leaders, Amazon's MSI & RME partner teams to set up ECM-1, 2, 3100% EBMS Construction Management on EBMS Retrofit ProgramsVerify that ECM-1, 2, 3 are set up on every new EBMS launch (New Construction & Retrofits)Verify every new EBMS retrofit launch is delivered: 1) on-time, 2) on or under budget, 3) ECM-1, 2, 3 are set up, configured, assigned & operating properly at handoff to site/RME.Assist in cross-training any new EBMS construction managersDefinitionsECM-1: Energy Conservation Measure 1 for occupied/unoccupied schedules for office block & break roomsECM-2: BMS Global Setpoints for office & warehouseECM-3: ASHRAE 241 fan cycling of warehouse RTUSECM-4: Demand ResponseCBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $105,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $115,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
