We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Recruiter to join our Professional Services Division, supporting industries including Technology, Media, Real Estate, Legal, Non-Profit, and Consumer Goods.This role focuses on placing high-quality contract, temporary, and consulting talent across a variety of non-financial services industries. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building strong relationships, and are motivated by results, this is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact.What You’ll DoManage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary and consulting rolesPartner closely with Business Development to understand urgent and ongoing client staffing needsSource, screen, and qualify candidates for contract, project-based, and interim assignmentsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates ready for immediate deploymentCoordinate interview processes and provide candidate coachingManage offer negotiations, onboarding, and start logisticsMaintain accurate activity tracking in ATSDeliver a high-touch candidate and client experience throughoutWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of agency recruiting experience (temporary/contract staffing experience strongly preferred)Experience recruiting within non-financial services industries (corporate functions, healthcare, tech, operations, etc.)Ability to move quickly and prioritize in a high-volume environmentStrong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesCompetitive, goal-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency
