Candidates must be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-performance manufacturing environment.Job DetailsJob Type: Full-TimeJob Location: Paw paw, Michigan.Pay Rate: $23 – $25 per hour (DOE)Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, repair, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and plant systems (electrical, mechanical, and electronic)Perform machine rebuilds, preventive maintenance, and general repairsPerform welding and machining of parts when requiredRead and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsComply with electrical codes and industrial safety standardsOperate ladders, man lifts, and perform work at heightsMaintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipmentQualificationsJourneyman Wireman license and electrician card (required)Dual-trade experience (electrical and mechanical) preferredKnowledge of machinery repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshootingAbility to read electrical blueprints and technical schematicsKnowledge of control panels (PLC experience preferred, not required)Strong communication and basic math skillsMust have own toolsAvailability for overtime and weekend work as neededAbility to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and operate man liftsPhysically demanding work in an industrial manufacturing environment
