Technical Support Engineer (AI) | SF | $180k-$220k + Equity

They build AI-powered tools trusted by thousands of enterprise development teams globally from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies.They're hiring a Technical Support Engineer who'll primarily be the point of contact and often the escalation owner for production issues across Kubernetes-based deployments, Docker environments and cloud/on-prem/hybrid infrastructure for high-value enterprise customers.Day to day you'll own and resolve high-severity customer incidents, troubleshoot with customers, and surface recurring issues and insights directly to the engineering team. You'll be a trusted team member, have real ownership and close proximity to the product from day one.Who we're looking for:We're interested in individuals with experience as a Support EngineerTechnical Support Engineer, Customer Engineer or Cloud Support Engineer at an AI, SaaS or cloud-native company. You'll have solid hands-on experience with KubernetesDocker and Linux in production environments, and a strong track record of managing high-severity incidents for enterprise customers from first response through to resolution.What you'll need:2+ years in a technical support, customer engineering or cloud support role at a SaaS or cloud-native companyKubernetes, Docker and LinuxExperience supporting enterprise customers through high-severity, production-impacting issuesWillingness to take on on-call support rotationsDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related technical fieldGenuine interest in AI and large language modelsThe details: $180K-$220K base + competitive equity.
