360 Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences⚠️ Internal/TA-only backgrounds won’t be considered, this is strictly for agency recruiters.I’m working with a firm looking to add an experienced 360 recruiter to their life sciences desk.This is for someone already in the agency/staffing world, running a full desk, who wants more room to build. You’d be joining a team with an established client base, strong leadership, and the freedom to grow your own book of business within the life sciences market.What you’d be doing:Running a full 360 desk (BD + Candidate side)Winning new business and growing existing client accountsBuilding relationships with life sciences clients (biotech, pharma, medical devices)Sourcing and managing a strong pipeline of candidatesWhat they’re looking for:3+ years of 360 experience within a staffing/recruitment agency (life sciences preferred)Proven track record of billings and client developmentStrong business development skills, someone who can win and grow accountsComfortable working in a fast-paced, agency environmentWhat’s on offer:$85K-$140K base (depending on experience) + uncapped commissionExisting accounts and clients to build onClear path to grow your desk and progress internallyHigh-performing, collaborative teamIf you’re currently in a staffing/recruitment firm running a full desk and open to exploring something new in Boston, happy to have a quick, confidential chat.
