Lead Developer/Founding Programmer

About the Role We are looking for a Lead Developer / Founding Programmer to help take a new software product across the finish line and bring it to market. This is an in-office position for someone who wants to be deeply involved in building, problem-solving, collaborating, and helping shape the future of a product from the inside. We want someone physically present with the team, engaged in the day-to-day, and able to move quickly alongside leadership as we finalize and launch this software. This is not a role for someone who just wants tickets handed to them. We need someone who is creative, resourceful, highly capable, and able to think outside the box. Someone who can look at a problem, find opportunities others miss, and build solutions that may not already exist. Right now, this person will be the primary developer and technical owner of the product. Over time, this role is expected to grow into a leadership position, where they will help build and lead the development team, guide the product daily, and shape its long-term technical direction. This is an opportunity to step into something early, have real influence, and help build a product the right way before it hits the market.
