The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the ability to work effectively in a globally distributed environment while aligning with EST working hours.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and customize solutions within D365 CE Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements Configure and implement D365 CE modules and integrations Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations and timelines Key Requirements:Strong technical or techno-functional experience in D365 CE Hands-on experience with customization, configuration, and integration within Dynamics 365 CE Good understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate is a plus) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work in EST (New York) time zone, regardless of location
