This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce development, strong leadership capabilities, and an eagerness to integrate artificial intelligence into enterprise-grade applications.Key Responsibilities:Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of advanced Salesforce solutions integrating AI capabilitiesDrive AI innovation by exploring and implementing AI frameworks, tools, and models within the Salesforce ecosystemProvide hands-on development and code reviews to ensure best practices, scalability, and maintainabilityMentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellenceCollaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-enhanced technical solutionsStay current with Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein AI, Agentforce, etc.) and emerging AI/ML technologiesChampion the adoption of AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflowsEnsure solution quality through rigorous testing, documentation, and adherence to governance standardsRequired Qualifications:7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong customization fundamentals (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, APIs)Proven experience as a Tech Lead managing technical delivery and mentoring development teamsStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration patternsDemonstrated interest and foundational knowledge in AI/ML concepts and frameworksExcellent problem-solving skills with ability to design scalable, intelligent solutionsStrong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholdersSalesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect) preferredDesired Skills:Exposure to AI/ML technologies, Python, or data science conceptsExperience with Einstein AI, prompt engineering, or AI model integrationFamiliarity with automation tools and DevOps practicesPassion for innovation and continuous learning in emerging technologies
