Software Engineer

The Job: In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications to meet the needs of our clients. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in software development, a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices, and a passion for innovation. What You Will Do: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, define, and prioritize software requirements Develop software solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify new opportunities for innovation Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and expertise Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Who You Are and What You Need: Bachelor’s degree Required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 10 years’ experience in software development Extensive experience with at least one programming language (.NET, Java, etc.) Experience with modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proven ability to mentor and guide junior developers
