You will work with a team of highly innovative, ambitious accounting experts, product managers, service experience managers, and designers to define how we will deliver benefits to customers through this partnership. The role requires a strategic leader who can develop and execute a comprehensive product vision while maintaining strong customer focus. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management, particularly in technology-driven, AI-powered service.Key focus areas include developing deep customer empathy, fostering cross-functional partnerships, implementing agile methodologies, and driving operational efficiency. We’re early in the journey of expanding the QuickBooks Live portfolio of services to connect small businesses with expertise across bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services, quickly iterating to optimize product-market fit, building a foundation to scale to additional services, and expanding to serve small businesses around the world.ResponsibilitiesDefine, articulate, and communicate strategic offering vision for QuickBooks Live's Tax and compliance domainDefine and evangelize with leadership and team, long term and mid term product strategy inclusive of product features, business growth plans and capability development leversPartner with GTM, Customer Success and Service Delivery teams to define product features, positioning, and delivery planDevelop deep customer empathy through research and transform insights into innovative solutionsFoster cross-functional partnerships to align product strategies with business objectivesLead scoping, planning, and delivery of product initiativesCultivate learning and experimentation cultureRecruit, mentor, and lead product managers teamEstablish and track KPIsQualifications8+ years in product management with proven track recordDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teamsPlatform mindset for scalable solutionsStrong customer centricityExcellent operational acumenStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong understanding of technical conceptsBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related fieldMBA or advanced degree preferredIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:Bay Area California: $237,500 - 321,500Southern California: $242,057 - 290,000
