OPEN POSITIONS
LINE COOK
Prepare and cook menu items to established quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station
Assist with food prep and overall kitchen operations
PIZZA MAKER
Prepare dough, assemble pizzas, and operate ovens
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station
DISHWASHER
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
Keep dish and prep areas clean and organized
Assist kitchen staff as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Restaurant experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients for pizza toppings and other menu items.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and food prep tools.
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, utensils, cookware, and dishware by washing dishes promptly and thoroughly.
Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Support the team during busy service times by managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Assist in inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors when stock levels are low.
Requirements
Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is preferred but not required; a passion for food preparation is essential.
Experience working in a restaurant or food service environment demonstrates familiarity with kitchen operations.
Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards, and proper sanitation practices is crucial.
Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation contribute to efficiency in cooking tasks.
Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness.
