As an Aesthetic Practitioner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a pivotal role in helping our clients enhance their natural beauty and achieve their desired aesthetic goals.Reporting Relationship: The Master Aesthetic Practitioner will report to the Studio Manager and VP of Studios.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctions in goal-oriented team – respects monthly goals and is ultimately accountable for monthly and annual studio budgets (as defined by OVME's management team)Respects OVME culture and abides by the OVME Culture GuideConduct consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, desired outcomes, and medical history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needsPerforms various Neurotoxin and Filler injections on OVME clients, providing the highest level of client comfort, studio experience, and results satisfactionMaintains an expert level of performance with regard to injectable use and standards of results. Administer injections accurately, considering facial anatomy, symmetry, and proper dosage to achieve optimal results while minimizing risks and side effects.Maintains detailed records within the company's client management system with regard to client treatments, outcomes, and other required medical inputPerforms other studio services where appropriately skilled and licensedEducate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the procedure.Confidently identify, manage, and resolve treatment complications or adverse events, escalating to appropriate medical leadership when necessary.Uphold a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality while interacting with clients and maintaining a safe and comfortable treatment environment.Ensures that treatment rooms are maintained in a healthy and clean manner and conform to the medical, regulator and OVME standards of sterility use, and safetyMaintains all licenses and CME training, as well as OVME-recommended trainingStay up to date with the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.Maintains all equipment, supplies, and other procedural equipment to OVME standardsProactively and within the context of individual client needs, cross-sells other company products and services on a consultative basisParticipates in OVME events (parties) – both onsite and offsiteParticipates in ongoing internal (OVME-led) and external training initiatives/sessions.
