This role focuses on proactive lead generation, targeting specific high-value accounts, and penetrating deeper into the market to fuel the sales pipeline and contribute to Simpro Group's growth.What You’ll DoEngage and qualify Marketing Qualified Accounts (MQAs). Perform proactive, strategic outbound prospecting to a dedicated list of tiered and named accounts. Collaborate with the OBCOE on specific outbound campaigns and experiments to drive growth. Execute strategic outbound campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and gifts to generate top-of-funnel growth. Utilize advanced outreach strategies to qualify target accounts and ensure a strong fit for Simpro’s solutions. Leverage Simpro’s full tech stack, including Salesforce, Groove/Hubspot, Cognism, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to optimize outbound efforts. Collaborate closely with Account Executives on target account strategies to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads. Support the development of junior BDRs through mentoring and sharing best practices. What You’ll BringStrong proficiency in sales technologies and CRM tools, with a capacity for strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs. Ability to research and personalize outreach based on industry, role, and account-level insights.
