We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture.SummaryThe Supplier Management Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and ongoing maintenance of supplier data within Simplot’s enterprise systems. Building upon the foundational responsibilities of the Supplier Management Coordinator, this role independently manages more complex supplier maintenance activities, compliance-related processes, and system-driven supplier updates that support end-to-end procure-to-pay operations.In addition to performing day-to-day supplier onboarding and maintenance tasks, the Analyst serves as a subject-matter expert for supplier update requests and APX queue tickets, including supplier updates and inactive supplier update requests. This position also plays a key role in annual 1099 reporting activities and supports compliance initiatives such as unclaimed property, statement review, and backup withholding as needed.The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Accounts Payable, Procurement, EDM, and other internal stakeholders.
