Job Description BLUECREST AMENITY MANAGEMENTPosition: Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Field SupervisorWork Locations: NYC Tri-State Area (Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens)Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience, certifications, and overallqualificationsBluecrest Amenity Management, a leading provider of aquatic and amenity managementservices, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Certified Pool Operator (CPO) FieldSupervisor to oversee multiple aquatic facilities throughout New York City.This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can operate independently, enforce compliancestandards, and elevate both staff performance and site conditions. The CPO Field Supervisorplays a critical role in ensuring all locations meet NYC Department of Health regulations,maintain safe swimming environments, and deliver a high standard of presentation andprofessionalism. This position offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of properties, including luxury residential buildings, fitness centers, and hospitality venues.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Communication Provide strong on-site leadership and clear communication with lifeguards, site staff, andmanagement teams Act as the primary point of contact for field operations, resolving issues efficiently andprofessionally Promote accountability, professionalism, and team development across all assignedlocationsStaff Management & Compliance Supervise lifeguard staff to ensure proper coverage, certifications, and adherence tocompany and DOH standards Monitor staff performance and enforce policies through coaching, corrective action, andretraining when necessary Ensure proper scheduling awareness, including proactive coverage for callouts orlatenessPolicy Enforcement & Safety Oversight Enforce all NYC DOH Article 165 regulations and company safety protocols Conduct regular safety audits, ensuring all rescue equipment, signage, and emergencysystems are compliant Maintain full readiness for Department of Health inspections, including documentationand site preparednessOperational Task Oversight Perform routine site inspections across multiple facilities Maintain detailed reports including incident logs, water chemistry records, andoperational updates Respond to operational needs both during and outside scheduled shifts, demonstratingownership of assigned sitesFacility & Site Management Inspect and maintain pool systems including chemical feeders, pumps, filters, heaters,and flow systems Ensure proper water chemistry levels and adjust systems as needed (chlorine, pH,alkalinity, etc.) Identify maintenance issues, leaks, or hazards and coordinate timely resolution Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and overall site presentationProfessionalism, Reliability & Communication Represent Bluecrest with professionalism when interacting with clients, propertymanagers, and inspectors Maintain consistent communication throughout the operational day, including off-siteresponsiveness when required Demonstrate reliability, initiative, and the ability to operate independently withoutconstant directionQualifications: Certification: Valid Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required Lifeguard Certification: Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required(DOH-approved preferred) Experience: Prior experience in pool operations, facility management, or fieldsupervision strongly preferred Knowledge: Strong understanding of NYC DOH regulations, water chemistry, and poolsystem operations Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, enforce policies, and operateindependently Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills Technical Ability: Comfortable troubleshooting pool equipment and maintainingoperational systems Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, early mornings, evenings, andemergency response situations Mobility: Ability to travel between multiple NYC locationsAdditional Requirements: Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments year-round Ability to lift equipment and perform physical inspections when required Must pass background check Must maintain all required certifications in good standingBenefits / Perks: Competitive compensation Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Diverse and dynamic work environments Professional development and leadership opportunities 401(k) Retirement Benefits Supplemental Benefit PackagesHow to Apply:E-mail your resume to info@bluecrestAM.com and include a brief summary of your relevantexperience.Please include in the subject line:ATTN: [Your Name] CPO Field SupervisorBluecrest Amenity Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminatebased on race, creed, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, marital status,citizenship, disability, military status, or any other protected characteristic.
