Position Title Service Center Customer Service Representative Department Service Center Job Location Crete, NE (68333) Supervisor Quinn Stryker quinn.stryker@doane.edu 402-826-8285 Purpose of Job Fall 2026 – Spring 2027 Our Customer Service Representatives provide excellent customer service andfirst-level technical support for the Doane University community. We provide technologysupport and general information assistance via phone, web, and in-person directly toend-users from our service desk located in the Learning Commons. General Description and Duties Answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner Basic connection, printer, and computer troubleshooting/maintenance Be willing to learn/try something new Check email, create tickets with information, and route to the correct technical team Interview customers in regards to their issue/request with directed questions Politely respond to the customer’s problem and convey a resolution either by resolving it at first contact or escalating it to the next level of support Provide end-user training and support where required Unlock AD account/Reset AD password/Walk a customer through the steps Use our Ticketing system, Google, and other Doane University software Assist with mail services and printing requests Attendance is required for the spring Student Leader Summit, April 26, 2026 Expected to attend ALL training sessions throughout the year Special Skills or Knowledge Required Active student at Doane University Strong customer service skills Attention to detail Total Weekly Hours Required $15.00/hour Physical Demands Availability during the academic year to cover shifts: Monday – Thursday 8am – 11pm Friday 8am – 5pm Saturday 1pm – 5pm Sunday 2pm – 11pm Posting Detail Information Posting Number STU145 Number of Vacancies Desired Start Date Position End Date (if temporary) Review Start Date 03/22/2026 Open Date 01/26/2026 Close Date Open Until Filled Yes Special Instructions to Applicant Quick Link for Direct Access to Posting https://doane.peopleadmin.com/postings/2349
