Senior Coordinator - Facilities & Real Estate

Shipping/Receiving ClerkWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to customers, and maintaining accurate inventory records.Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and document all incoming shipmentsProcess outgoing shipments including packing, labeling, and scheduling carriers.Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of productsResolve shipment discrepancies and report any damages or shortages to the appropriate partiesPreparing shipments by assembling, counting, weighing, checking against shipping order and reporting discrepancies.Maintaining a clean and orderly workplace.Ensure compliance with shipping and receiving regulations and proceduresWork closely with the on-site team to coordinate shipments and ensure smooth operationsPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent.Good verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving or related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management softwareAvailability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.Strong organizational and time management skillsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
