Service Advisor
Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers, understanding their vehicle concerns.Coordinate with the service department to schedule and prioritize repairs.Provide transparent cost estimates and explain invoices to customers.Educate customers on preventive maintenance and optimal vehicle performance.Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions. Qualifications:Previous experience in automotive service advisory roles preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficient computer skills, including service management software.
