Job Title: Client Services Representative Full-time onsite role M – F 8:00am – 4:30pm with 30 min lunch or 8:00am – 5pm with one hour lunch. Address is 710 Carillon Parkway St. Petersburg, FL 33716. Opportunity for extension or conversion based on attendance/performance and availability of an FTE opening. (**Important note- If converted to permanent, starting salary would be (USD)45K annually. Rate: $24.00/hour W-2 Job Summary: The Client Services Representative will be responsible for providing support to the Client Services department at a large local bank. Job Duties: Opening new bank deposit accounts (checking, savings, CDs) Assisting with walk-in clients Running OFAC verifications (Lexus Nexus) Reviewing various reports related to account opening Assisting with team group chat messages Perform data entry relating to clients' confidential banking information (i.e. personal account numbers, demographic information, etc.) while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy Reviews, updates, maintains, and services accounts, monitoring client account activity and/or compliance with operational processes, policies and regulatory requirements Perform basic data entry within excel spreadsheets that track client account numbers, financial advisor information, etc. Handle confidential client documents Assist with answering phone calls from Financial Assistant and internal Bank departments and taking messages (on occasion) Monitoring of the department email inbox Skills: Must Haves At least 2+ years of recent experience within the banking or finance industry (Bank Tellers would be a great fit) Basic to Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Basic understanding of accounting concepts (i.e. debits and credits) Solid time management skills - ability to be on time / reliable Very professional / friendly demeanor Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal) High attention to detail, especially when it comes to data entry (including 10 key) - strongly recommend administering candidates a data entry assessment during your pre-screening process. xywuqvp Would like to only consider candidates with a speed of no less than 5500+ KPH and 80%+ accuracy Solid work tenure - no jumpy resumes -- this is a contract-to-hire position.
