The position is responsible for designing, developing, driving, implementing, leading, and managing multi-cloud Information Security Engineering activities for the Cryptography program, including the underlying capabilities/technologies. In addition, this role will act as a trusted peer and stakeholder advisor within the organization, working closely with Information Security Engineering leadership to ensure delivery of the program roadmap aligned with the Cryptography strategy and vision.Responsibilities include:Adopting and promoting engineering excellence through automation, collaboration, and orchestration.Collaborating with architecture teams to identify capability gaps and develop solutions.Leading ongoing DevSecOps/Engineering support for a global cryptography program leveraging multi-cloud data protection capabilities.Managing technology from the ground up, identifying gaps, and ensuring proper change, disaster recovery, and incident management processes.Participating as a technical lead on the Information Security engineering team.Authoring, reviewing, and maintaining documentation to ensure a mature security infrastructure.Prioritizing work using Agile processes and communicating risks and impediments to leadership.Engineering and implementing multi-cloud security measures to protect enterprise assets.Providing day-to-day administration and support for multi-cloud infrastructure components.Serving as a mentor and SME within the organization.Leading cryptographic technology initiatives as a SAFe Product Owner.Supporting operational ownership of built technologies.Collaborating with program managers and architects to communicate technical impacts and risks.Performing other duties and projects as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Application Development, Information Security, or related fields; or 7+ years of equivalent experience without a degree.3+ years in Cloud, Cryptography, and DevSecOps.3+ years in leadership roles, preferably as a Cryptography Engineer.4+ years in regulatory compliance and security frameworks (COBIT, ISO27001, NIST, etc.).Hands-on expertise with API development/security, AWS, Azure, GCP, cryptography, data encryption, PKI, secrets management, and related tools.Desired Characteristics:Ability to work under pressure with multiple projects.Certifications in security, cloud, or governance (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, GIAC, ISC2, etc.).Experience designing and managing solutions with AWS, Azure, GCP.Strong communication skills and experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.Understanding of operational management of security infrastructure.Effective influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.Additional Details: Salary range $135,000 - $230,000 USD annually, with bonus eligibility.
