This is a strong opportunity for someone with manufacturing or production experience who is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and looking for long-term growth.This role is ideal for someone who brings positive energy, works well with others, and wants to build a career in maintenance. New hires will start on the production line to learn the equipment and processes, then transition further into maintenance responsibilities.What You'll DoSupport maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentLearn plant equipment and processes through hands-on work on the production lineAssist with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issuesHelp maintain equipment reliability and minimize downtimeSupport preventive maintenance effortsWork closely with production and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothlyFollow all safety, quality, and operating proceduresTake on multiple responsibilities as needed in a team-oriented environmentRESPONSIBILITIESExperience in manufacturing, production, or an industrial environmentMechanical aptitude and interest in maintenance workProduction line experience preferredStraw extrusion or plastics manufacturing experience is a plusStrong work ethic and willingness to learnPositive attitude, coachability, and team-first mindsetSomeone who is adaptable, low-ego, and open to feedbackInterest in growing with the company over timeScheduleShift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AMRotation: 2 days on, 2 days offWeekend schedule: Every other weekendTraining may begin on day shift for the first few months
