Account Executive

MINT CONDITION OF GEORGIA – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (1 - 3 Years Business Development Experience Required) Mint Condition, one of the leading national commercial cleaning companies, is looking to add a motivated, driven and goal-oriented Account Executive to our Atlanta, Georgia sales team. The Account Executive position represents the first face-to-face impression that Mint Condition gets to make with companies seeking our cleaning services and is responsible for driving the outside sales program. Responsibilities include generating leads, contacting potential customers and promoting our services through cold-calling and networking efforts. Additionally, they provide service information, answer customer inquiries, develop proposals and maintain accurate records of sales activities. The goal of the Account Executive is to achieve sales targets, cultivate customer relationships and contribute to the overall growth of the Company by providing quality accounts for our Franchisees. WHAT YOU’LL DO Develop an effective sales program by coordinating with the inside sales team to generate leads through telemarketing, prospecting and referrals. Develop a customer referral and prospecting program that results in new account acquisition. Build, prepare and deliver new business proposals utilizing our proprietary tools. Coordinate with the Operations group for the onboarding of new accounts. Track and report activity as required. Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the Franchisees and the Company as a whole. HOW YOU’LL GET THERE 1 – 3 years business to business sales. Self-starter with drive, self-control and self-accountability. Ability to empathize and understand customers’ needs. Relationship building with excellent interpersonal skills. Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Positive attitude, adaptable, resilient and strategic. Experience working in a face-to-face customer contact environment. Motivated by an uncapped commission structure. Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
