Job DescriptionAudit Manager - Public AccountingA top regional public accounting firm is seeking an Audit Manager to join its growing team. The firm serves a diverse client base across industries including real estate, manufacturing, government, and not-for-profit organizations. They offer a flexible work environment, competitive compensation and benefits, and a collaborative, business-casual culture.The ideal candidate will bring strong technical audit expertise, proven leadership experience, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and review multiple audit engagements simultaneouslyManage and mentor staff across concurrent engagementsReview audit workpapers and ensure overall quality and compliance with professional standardsCoordinate directly with clients to address audit findings and engagement needsEnsure deliverables are clear, accurate, and aligned with firm standardsAssist in developing audit methodology, training, and internal resourcesManage engagement timelines and budgets effectivelyQualificationsCPA required5+ years of public accounting experience in external auditBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferredDemonstrated experience supervising and developing staffStrong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with private and publicly traded companies; FCC and/or HUD experience is a plusMust be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorshipReady to take the next step in your public accounting career?
