Job Description Drug and Alcohol Program SpecialistAirlines and Aviation$26.00 per hourMonday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmColumbus, Ohio Near Easton (onsite)Contract Through October or JanuaryWhy You'll Love This Job:Some nights and weekends will be involved, which can be scheduled in advanceProfessional, polished office spaceGlobal Luxury BrandCulture of respect, accountability, and trustWhat You'll Do:Perform drug and alcohol testing in compliance with DOT and FAA regulations and company policyConduct preemployment, random, reasonable suspicion, postaccident, returntoduty, and followup testingObtain and maintain DOT Urine Collection and Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) certificationsPrepare, store, and organize chainofcustody documentation for proper lab pickup and shipmentMaintain adequate inventory of testing materials and suppliesSchedule and coordinate random drug and alcohol testing, including evenings and weekends as neededContact new hires to schedule preemployment drug and alcohol testsAssist with Previous Employer drug and alcohol inquiries for new and exiting employeesTrack employee leaveofabsence information and update records quarterlySupport administrative duties related to the Drug & Alcohol ProgramWhat We're Looking For:Schedule flexibilityStrong commitment to confidentiality and discretionExcellent customer service with strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build effective working relationships across all levels, including managementSelfmotivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong organizational, timemanagement, and problemsolving skillsFlexible and adaptable in a fastpaced environment with changing prioritiesIntermediate PC skills, including Microsoft OfficeAviation industry experience preferredExperience with regulated drug and alcohol testing and working knowledge of DOT/FAA regulations preferredApply Today!Upload your resume – no cover letter required.
