Partnerships & Marketing Coordinator – Orlando-Based (On-Site)

We’re looking for a Partnerships & Marketing Coordinator to help us build local relationships, grow our referral network, and manage key pieces of our marketing presence. This is an on-site, involving networking and client-facing position, site visits, and inspections. It’s a perfect fit for someone who is confident, organized, and experienced in outreach, branding, and relationship management. What You’ll Do – Attend networking events and represent FAST Restoration in the community – Build relationships with property managers, realtors, and local businesses – Identify and nurture referral opportunities and partnerships – Manage and approve social media posts (created by agency) – Monitor Google Ads performance – Perform on-site inspections for new projects (training provided) You’re a Fit If You: – Have experience in partnership development, B2B outreach, or community networking – Are polished, persuasive, and comfortable representing a brand in person – Are available for on-site work in the Orlando area – Are comfortable visiting properties and talking with property owners – Are open to learning the restoration industry – Bonus: Familiar with Google Ads – Bonus: Have experience in construction, restoration, or real estate Not a Fit If You – Are looking for a remote role – Are not comfortable with in-person networking or property visits – Do not have any experience working with partnerships or outreach – Are only seeking entry-level or assistant-style positions Pay & Perks – Pay: $20/hr + Commission – BiWeekly pay, U.S. holidays paid – PTO after 1 year – Flexible hours and growth into full-time if performance is strong – Clear path to advance into a Marketing Manager IMPORTANT: If you are selected to advance to the next phase, we will ask for to continue your application on our website.
