As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to our clients. This is an ON CALL position Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-7:30pm. You will clock in at your home 7:30am and must stay in the area to be on call for any call outs. Must be okay with cats and dogs, and able to work with a wide variety of clients including difficult clients. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, administer medication under the direction of a nurse, and provide emotional support to clients and their families.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and groomingHelp with mobility and transfersPrepare meals and assist with feeding as neededPerform light housekeeping dutiesProvide companionship and emotional supportMonitor and report changes in clients' health statusFollow care plans and work closely with the care team Requirements:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a CNA with a current licenseExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and reliableAbility to follow care plans and instructionsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a background check What We Offer:Competitive Pay RatesFlexible SchedulingSupportive and Collaborative Work EnvironmentWork Close to Home!
