(LGESAZ) will support commercialization, OEM engagement and brand positioning for our brand-new facility and product lines. The Senior Specialist role bridges product marketing, manufacturing ramp-up and commercial execution – ensuring that our new operations are successfully positioned with automotive OEMs and strategic partners.Responsibilities: Support launch strategy for new cylindrical cell production linesPartner with Operations to align marketing messaging with ramp milestones and quality certificationsTranslate manufacturing capabilities (GWh capacity, yield targets) into customer valuePrepare executive-level materials for internal meetings and customer meetingsSupport customer business meetings, audits and facility tours with aligned messagingManage daily/weekly/monthly shipment & sales plan and lead relevant communication with internal/external stakeholdersAdminister internal system for sales activities (ERP - prefer SAP, S/O creation, etc.)Coordinate LGESAZ’s account receivables to its customer's account payables. Support and collaborate with Associate Program/Project Management (PPM)Measure KPI's including: sales revenue status, accounts receivable status, sales forecast accuracyCollaborate with key account managers, OEM customers and communicate with HQMaintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, SustainRight Location, Right Quantity, Right ContainerPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business or related field requiredMBA or advanced technical degree preferred 7+ years of related experience, preferably in battery, automotive or advanced manufacturingDemonstrated understanding of lithium-ion manufacturing processesExperience working cross-functionally with Operations and EngineeringExperience with new plant commissioning a plusKnowledge of quality standards and automotive qualification processesAbility to work across global time zones, as needed, to collaborate with South Korea HQ and other global sitesSkills:Technical fluency in battery cell manufacturingStructured project managementCustomer-centric and executive communicationData-driven decision makingCollaboration and teamworkSelf-management and accountabilityWhy should you work here?
