Job Title: Data Center Technician Las Vegas, NV 89030 Start Date: 10/14 Shift: Primarily 7am shifts, with occasional night shifts (10pm) depending on site needs Duration: 1 month Job Description: Seeking experienced data center Fiber Technicians for a 1-month project focused on fiber replacement in a data center. The primary responsibilities will include switching out fiber jumpers, testing, patching, and dressing fiber trunks into switches and OH panels. Ideal candidates will have experience with dressing fiber and working in data center environments. Key Responsibilities: Replace fiber jumpers in the data center Test and patch fiber trunks into switches Dress and install fiber trunks into overhead (OH) panels Ensure all fiber installations meet data center standards Required Skills and Experience: Experience in fiber installation and dressing Knowledge of testing and patching fiber Ability to work efficiently in a data center environment Familiarity with data center fiber management and switches Tools/PPE: Snips Cordless drill Small hand tools Professional work attire required Shift Information: The project primarily operates on a 7am shift. However, there may be occasional night shifts (10pm) as required by the site.
