Program Supervisor

Role Overview: The Pathways Program Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, and program oversight to a team delivering community-based mental health services to children, teens, and families.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coach staff, conduct individual and team meetings, support complex cases, monitor staff productivity and engagement, ensure services align with the Wraparound/Pathways model, review assessments and treatment plans, support evidence-based interventions, maintain compliance with documentation requirements, assist with hiring and training, coordinate with community providers, and participate in case consultations.Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field; 3-5 years of experience working with youth and families; supervisory experience; strong clinical and documentation skills; knowledge of Medicaid compliance; preferred Illinois licensure.Skills & Traits: Leadership, mentorship, team collaboration, clinical expertise, cultural responsiveness.Additional Details: Full-time, daytime schedule; salary range $70,000–$85,000; benefits include paid holidays, PTO, insurance, and professional development.
