Service & Small Projects Electrical Estimator Location: Las Vegas, NVAbout Master Electric, Inc. Master Electric is a full-service electrical contractor serving the Las Vegas Valley for over 30 years. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to support our service and small projects division. This role is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive estimates for commercial, industrial, residential, healthcare, tenant improvement, and renovation projects.Qualifications5+ years of electrical estimating experience in commercial, industrial, or residential constructionStrong understanding of NEC codes, electrical systems, and basic electrical calculationsProficiency with estimating software such as McCormick, Accubid, WinEst, ServiceTitan, and Microsoft ExcelStrong communication and relationship-building skills with customers, contractors, and vendorsField experience is a plusASPE Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) and/or Nevada C-2 License preferred, but not requiredRequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesReview drawings, specifications, and project documents to perform material takeoffs and labor estimatesPrepare detailed proposals, scopes of work, and bid packagesObtain and evaluate pricing from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractorsCoordinate material procurement and delivery schedulesConduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings to assess project requirementsSupport project managers during project handoff and startupTrack bid activity, customer feedback, and estimating metrics to improve performance and profitabilityBenefitsCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $55,000-$65,000 annually, based on experiencePerformance-based bonuses and profit-sharing incentivesPaid holidays and vacationEmployer-sponsored health insurance (70% employer-paid after 90 days)Flexible scheduling optionsSupportive, family-oriented company culture focused on teamwork and professional growthReady to take the next step in your electrical estimating career?
