Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its accounting function and ensure financial integrity. Key Responsibilities Own and improve the financial close process, preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements and management reporting packages Manage revenue recognition policies and ensure compliance with ASC 606 across all revenue streams Oversee audit preparation and maintain the internal control environment while managing accounts payable and receivable functions Required Qualifications 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role Direct experience in a PE-backed SaaS/software company is strongly preferred Proven track record managing external audits and experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition Advanced proficiency in Sage Intacct and expert-level Excel skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred
