Quality Control TechnicianThe Quality Control Technician is responsible for the overall food safety and quality of baked goods produced in the plant.Responsibilities:Inspecting individual packages on each line to ensure proper seals, clear & correct code dates and inspect the general appearance of each package.Record average package weights and bake loss at the end of the shifts.Record quality assurance reports for each line within each 1 hour time period.Put product on hold for further review by QC Manager.Measuring & recording the dimension, height, moisture and pH of baked cookies.Requirements:A High School Diploma or GED required1-3 years experience in Food Science or related field is preferredMust be proficient in computers, specifically MS Office and/or Google Drive
