This leader elevates Program Management as a strategic enterprise capability, drives transformational change at scale, and ensures delivery excellence across Global Technology.Business Management & Controls team is responsible for regulatory and business controls, independent technical assessments, strategy, initiative planning, talent on demand, third party, quality assurance, portfolio governance and employee engagement for Global Technology.Responsibilities:Oversees the execution of defined project tasks through tracking of deliverables and their statuses, developing project plans, and measuring progress against ongoing key performance indicatorsManage interdependencies across infrastructure, data, engineering, cybersecurity, and business technology portfoliosInfluences timelines, helps to prioritize work amongst team to meet deadlines, and uses business judgment to tailor approaches and drive optimal business outcomes while managing external and reputational riskOrchestrates and drives the successful and timely completion of multi-year, multi-million-dollar global programs to achieve business goals, including the identification and resolution of risks and issues which impact program deliveryEngages and drives relationships with business partners through strategic leadership, execution of key priorities, thoughtful challenge, and insightful analysisReviews investment strategies, applies and deep understanding of business cases, and the proposed work to articulate outcomes and benefits of the investmentsFacilitates, coordinates, and arbitrates cross-functional macro level topics with key stakeholders, including senior managementLeads the adoption and sustainment of change and program initiatives and assesses adoption risksRepresents the function in enterprise forums, steering committees, and leadership councilsDevelops compelling narratives for senior leaders, executive committees, and boardsContribute to long-term transformation strategies and roadmaps aligned with architecture, regulatory expectations, and customer outcomesRequired Qualifications:12+ years of program/portfolio leadership in highly regulated environments8+ years influencing senior level executivesTrack record delivering $50M–$200M+ technology global programs across infrastructure, platforms, cybersecurity, and data/AIDemonstrated success implementing Cloud, AI, and ServiceNow programs with measurable outcomesProven ability to develop and drive end-to-end change adoption strategiesDeep expertise in governance, risk and controls, regulatory expectations, and audit readinessFinancial stewardship including planning, forecasting, benefits realization, and vendor managementExceptional executive presence and communication, including board-level narrative developmentMust be able to translate complex technical topics into clear business insights and decision pointsAdvanced knowledge of Agile/PMI methodologies at global scaleDesired Qualifications:Working knowledge of Bank of America bank policies, programs, and proceduresBusiness Risk Management experienceRegulatory experienceAudit experienceExperience managing end-to-end business operations including finance, governance, operations, and strategySkills:Business IntelligenceConsultingPresentation SkillsProgram ManagementProject ManagementCollaborationLeadership DevelopmentPerformance ManagementPrioritizationProblem SolvingIssue ManagementOral CommunicationsProcess DesignProcess Performance ManagementRisk ManagementShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40J-18808-Ljbffr
