Our websites are www.magnaflow.com and www.camburg.com.The Data Conversion Analyst is responsible for preparing, transforming, validating, and loading data from legacy systems into IFS Cloud ERP. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity and successful ERP cutover.Responsibilities:Work with business partners to identify and define data conversion requirements, define level 0 (static) data mapping and changesWork with finance to define and implement any accounting structure changes from source system to new systemDevelop and maintain data conversion templates and mapping documentation for data migration from legacy systems (IFS8, HighJump, etc. Oracle based) to IFS Cloud structuresExtract, cleanse, and transform data using scripts and data toolsSupport testing cycles by providing accurate and timely data setsExecute data loads into IFS Cloud using approved tools and processesValidate and reconcile converted data to ensure accuracy and completenessMaintain and execute the master data conversion plan for ERP cutoverIdentify data issues and work with business teams to resolve inconsistenciesQualifications:Requirements: B.S. in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field3–5 years of experience in data conversion, transformation and migrationAdvanced Excel and data manipulation skillsExperience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.)Experience with databases and database query languages (MS SQL, Oracle)Experience working with ERP data structures (Products, BOM, Customers, Vendors, Transactions, etc.)Strong problem-solving, communication skills and attention to detailsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with ERP data conversion projectsExperience with IFS Cloud or similar ERP platformsBackground in data governance or data managementBackground working with Manufacturing systems dataBackground working with WMS systems dataWhat's in it for you?Competitive SalaryPTO, Sick Pay, Birthday Holiday, Paid HolidaysMedical, Dental, Vision401k Matching (Up to 5%)Education assistanceCompany sponsored eventsGrowing department and team
