Tenant Relations Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about services
- Maintain client records and update databases with interactions
- Assist in resolving client issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to upsell services
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support the team with real estate administrative tasks as needed
- Utilize CMMS software for facilities management purposes
- Demonstrate conflict management skills when handling challenging situations
- Utilize legal administrative knowledge for documentation purposes
Assist with special projects
Perform other related duties and assignments as required
Handle leasing activities; lease renewals, follow up with prospects and pre screenings
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
Must interact effectively with all levels of employees and external contacts
Ability to function effectively in a collaborative team-oriented environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Detail oriented, organized and calm under pressure
Knowledge with rental software a plus (rent manager)
Maintain the highest standards as established by
Assist team effort in any way possible
Act responsible and in the best interest of the property
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
High school education
Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
Courteous, pleasant voice, service-oriented, personable, outgoing, friendly, intelligent, flexible, quick thinker, honest, competitive, assertive, detail-oriented, and organized
Sales motivated
Previous experience in customer relationship management or a related field is preferred
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, memos and reports. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to residents, clients, and other employees of the organization. Bilingual a must (Spanish).
