We offerlong-term stability, consistent production schedules, and amission-driven manufacturing environment. **Job Summary:** The SecondShift Welder / Fabricator Supervisor for is responsible for bothperforming welding tasks and managing the 2nd shift CNC and fabricationteam. You will ensure that production targets are met, quality standardsare maintained, and safety protocols are followed while activelyparticipating in the assembly and fabrication of armored vehiclecomponents. **What You\'ll Do:** - Lead and manage the 2nd shift CNC andwelding / fabrication team to ensure daily production goals areachieved - Troubleshoot fabrication issues and provide technicalguidance to resolve production bottlenecks - Perform MIG welding onsteel components and assemblies - Fabricate parts according toengineering drawings, prints, and work orders - Fit, tack, and assemblecomponents prior to final welding - Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical,and overhead positions - Grind, clean, and finish welds to meet qualityand appearance standards - Oversee and Inspect welds for accuracy,penetration, and structural integrity - Manage shop-floor safety andensure a clean, organized work environment in compliance with OSHAWhat We\'re Looking For:** - 5+ years of welding and fabricationexperience in a heavy manufacturing environment - Proven leadership orsupervisory experience, preferably in a shop floor setting -Expert-level MIG welding skills - Advanced ability to read and interpretfabrication drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols - Strongcommunication skills and the ability to manage a diverse teamindependently on the second shift - High attention to detail with afocus on quality and safety-critical structural work - Ability to liftup to 50 lbs and remain active on the shop floor throughout the shiftWhy Work at Lenco:** - Stable, full-time manufacturing work withconsistent hours - Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities -Purpose-driven products that protect first responders and militarypersonnel - Modern facility with specialized equipment - Long-termcareer growth within a growing U.S. manufacturer
