Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team for a day shift position including work on weekends. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service to members, guests, and fellow employees. they should already have experience in the food service industry, including restaurant, catering, or hotel environments. This position is essential in ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests while supporting the overall operations of our member and guest club environment. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations. Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Provide support to kitchen staff by handling food preparation tasks as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with members and guests to address their needs promptly. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods. Assist in catering events by setting up, serving, and breaking down as required. Communicate effectively with both customers and staff to foster a positive dining experience. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred. Strong cleaning skills and attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Good work ethic and commitment to performing duties well. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience in bussing, serving, or kitchen roles within the food industry is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued traits for this position.
