If that sounds like you, you can win at Wilsonart.Wilsonart in Temple, Texas has openings for Collator Helper.These individuals will obtain raw materials to be collated at specified lengths as determined by the Product Quality Department. Make sure machine is running properly at all times. Performs other tasks as needed. This is a straight day position.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesObtain daily inventory needs from Phenolic Checker or Team LeadVisually inspect rolls for damage, discard any damaged paper in the appropriate waste canContinually monitor raw materials for visual quality and line-up, make any necessary adjustmentsThread machine up; make splices and re-thread machine as neededChange out pallets and make sure corresponding tags are placed in each completed palletMake sure all computer work and paper work is completedSet up rolls for oncoming crewRegular Attendance RequiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Operation of equipment and machinery in a safe manner.Knowledge of the safety standards applicable to the Production areas and other pertinent rules / regulations governing work standards.Education: High School Graduate or GEDExperience: Have at least 6 months Contech experience.
