Machine Operator 2 or 3

The Machine Operator 2 position will work hands on with equipment set-up, maintenance, and operations on 1 out of the 6 areas with machines. They must operate to maximize machine output and utilization and keep products organized. Machine Operator 1 Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions: Perform equipment set-up & maintenance of machine in 1 of 6 areas Read technical dimensional drawings Packaging & Palletizing Teamwork Monitor & replenish material Perform in-process quality checks Abide by company safety guidelines Key Competencies: Ability to perform repetitive tasks Ability to stand/work on hard floors Attention to detail Must be reliable Ability to multi-task and be flexible to be cross-trained Must be a self-starter and motivator Preferred Requirements: 1- year Manufacturing experience preferred Highschool diploma or equivalent
