Through therapy, specialized day treatment, support groups, medication management, and integrative wellness services, we provide compassionate, evidence-based care for mothers and families across Massachusetts.Our mission is simple: motherhood was never meant to be done alone.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Growth & Strategic Partnerships Lead based in Massachusetts, with flexibility for remote work. The role is focused on building relationships, expanding referral partnerships, and increasing awareness of SOLEO’s services throughout the state.The ideal candidate will lead outreach efforts with healthcare providers, hospitals, OB/GYN practices, therapy groups, community organizations, and other referral partners. They will identify growth opportunities, cultivate strategic relationships, coordinate educational presentations and networking opportunities, and help position SOLEO as a trusted maternal mental health resource.This is a highly relational role that requires local travel throughout Massachusetts for meetings, events, and outreach activities.QualificationsStrong relationship-building and communication skillsAbility to develop and maintain professional partnershipsSelf-motivated, proactive, and highly organizedComfortable networking, conducting outreach, and representing an organization externallyExperience in business development, healthcare outreach, provider relations, recruiting, partnerships, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred but not requiredPassion for maternal mental health and supporting familiesAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with leadershipBachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re less focused on a specific background and more focused on finding the right person.You may come from healthcare, behavioral health, sales, recruiting, nonprofit work, community engagement, customer success, or another relationship-driven field.
