We're Hiring: Brand Director (In-House | Valley Stream, NY)About The RoleThis is a pure brand role. You'll own and evolve how the brand shows up in the world — setting the creative vision, leading an in-house team, and ensuring everything from the website and editorial campaigns to organic content and email feels cohesive, intentional, and unmistakably on-brand. You'll collaborate closely with the growth team, but your focus is brand — building something people recognize, trust, and love.What You'll DoTeam Leadership & Creative ManagementLead, manage, and inspire a team of 5–6 creative professionals including designers, content creators, and video editorsSet clear creative direction, provide regular feedback, and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culturePartner with the C-Suite to align creative output with brand priorities and broader business goalsBuild and maintain workflows that keep the creative team efficient, accountable, and producing at a high standardBrand Strategy & VoiceDefine and evolve the brand voice, tone, and messaging strategyEnsure consistent brand identity across all platforms — website, email, packaging, social media, and organic contentMaintain and enforce brand guidelines across all teams and partnersServe as the final word on what is and isn't on-brandContent & Creative DirectionLead organic content strategy, ensuring storytelling reflects the brand and resonates with the audienceDirect the creative team in developing brand-forward assets across design, photo, and videoPlan and coordinate photo and video shoots from brief through final asset deliveryProvide brand guardrails and creative input to the growth team across paid channelsCampaign Management & Calendar PlanningOwn and manage the seasonal and promotional marketing calendar including launches, sales, and product campaignsDevelop and lead editorial campaigns that bring together product, lifestyle, and brand narrativeProject manage campaign execution across functions — keeping timelines, creative, and messaging alignedCross-Channel Brand OversightOwn the brand experience across the website — look, feel, and messagingEnsure brand consistency across all owned channels — website, email, SMS, organic social, influencer partnerships, and packagingPartner with the lifecycle and email team to align messaging and retention initiativesReview and approve marketing copy, visual assets, and creative layoutsWhat We're Looking For6–8 years of brand marketing or brand management experience, ideally in men's fashion or a DTC menswear brandA genuine, well-developed sense of men's style — you know what looks good and how to translate taste into brand directionExpert-level copywriting skills — clarity, confidence, and a distinct voiceProven experience managing and leading a creative teamTrack record of developing and executing 360° brand campaignsStrong creative instincts with the ability to define and defend what "on-brand" looks like across every touchpointProficient using AI tools to enhance creative output and accelerate workflowsHighly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detailBackground in creative direction or content production is a plusFamiliarity with Monday, Klaviyo, Notion, Figma, or Shopify is a plusSchedule & Location181 S Franklin Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11581Monday – Thursday in-office; Friday remote9 AM – 5 PM ESTWhat We OfferSalary range: $150,000 – $180,0002 weeks PTO plus additional holidaysSick timeFull medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) matching#TalentPop
