Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Contract Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide individual adult outpatient mental health via telehealth and/or in-person. Clinician is expected to be in good standing with the NM Social Work Board, maintain a CAQH and active clinical license. The clinician would be expected to be able to provide some evening sessions and/or weekends via telehealth with the option of limited in person sessions in an office space provided by the agency. Clinician will be responsible for maintaining client documentation in EHR system, updating and reviewing treatment plans, and care coordination when necessary. A monthly phone stipend is provided.
