Pay Rate:$25-28 per hourSummary:Location: East Hanover, NJDuration: 6+ MonthsHours: 6AM to 2:30PMResponsibilities:Follow Standard Operation ProceduresOffload and unload bulk chemicalsTransfer chemicals as requiredPerform blending of batch operationsFill out required paperworkContinually strive to learn and improvePerform lock out tag out on equipment per procedure/guidancePerform regular inspections to maintain compliancePerform preventive maintenance and quality control checksTransfer of materials and material samplingMonitor and record process data as requiredProactively respond safely and quickly to process abnormalitiesMaintain good housekeepingPackage products in various containers as neededPerform tasks to maintain inventory of materials, including cycle counts, SAP transactions, tank gauging, calculating tank quantities and transfersPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:Perform necessary tasks to maintain inventory of materialsPreferred Skills:Active role in learning the equipment, processes, and systemsParticipation in organizational improvement teams, such as Safety Committees, Quality Improvement, Productivity/Cost Reductions TeamsAbility to share knowledge to train/mentor other team members
