Job Description Field Service Technician – Packaging EquipmentLocation: Milford, OH (must live within 1.5 hours)Travel: Mandatory – approx. 65% (4–5 days on the road)Tripack's Equipment Division is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our Packaging Equipment Team. This customer-facing role involves extensive travel to client sites for installation, repair, and maintenance of shrink sleeve systems. When not traveling, you'll support equipment assembly and calibration at our Milford, OH facility.What You'll Do:Install, troubleshoot, and repair Tripack shrink sleeve systemsProvide hands-on training and technical support to customersPerform audits and preventative maintenance programsRead and interpret engineering drawings and schematicsProduce detailed service reports and share insights with the teamWhat We're Looking For:Technical degree in Electro-Mechanical or equivalent experience2+ years in field service or 4+ years in production maintenanceStrong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read CAD drawings and identify machine partsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel extensivelyAllen Bradley PLC experience and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plusWhy Join Us?Competitive pay along with great benefitsOpportunity to work with cutting-edge packaging technologyDynamic role with variety and travel across customer sites Ready to hit the road?
